last night: anberlin
last night: Anberlin at Cleveland's House Of Blues.
My brother happened to be in town, so we invited him along. it was fun to see him and hang out since the last time we visited was in May.
Anyway, Anberlin was great, my first time seeing them. luckily i was with Ken and Ryan and they sort of pushed their way up in the crowd so i could see. btw, the last time i was there was for the Blaqk Audio listening party. anyway, it was inspiring to see guys playing honest music, you could tell that they love their band and that they were doing exactly what they loved to do. thats something i strive for, especially because my job is not my passion, my fire. it's something that pays the bills, and leaves me enough time to do what I love, which is write, among other things. the crowd was great, singing along and what not. god, i love going to shows.
anyway, so many things to do today, including going to work, so i must get a move on. pics coming soon.
